New Features: Embeddable Form, Collaboration Workflow
We're thrilled to announce the general availability of two new (and powerful) features.
Embeddable form:
While creating a form, you can now specify whether it can be embedded. If this option is selected, the form can be embedded on ANY web site or application.

This opens up a number of possibilities. For example, you can build a Contact Us form. Or you can build a form to accept an application (like we did) or accept proposals etc.
You can specify what message should be shown on the web page when the form is submitted and who the contents of the form should be mailed to, when submitted.
But the killer feature really is - you can specify who the completed form should be routed to, in what order and what the recipients should do (review? approve?) to that completed form.
To embed the form into a website or web application, simply copy the iframe code of the form.

Regardless of how the web page or application is set up, the Flowlett form data is transmitted securely via https/SSL.
Collaboration Workflow:
Our second powerful feature is the Collaboration Workflow.

The Collaboration Workflow allows you to collaborate on proposals or projects before you're ready to route them for formal approvals.
This may look similar to many other collaboration tools out there, but the killer feature here is you can collaborate with deadlines (and thereby get to decisions faster).
For those used to our regular workflow, the Collaboration Workflow is different in that:
1. Recipients cannot approve or e-sign.
2. Recipients can comment and upload files (creatives, documents, videos etc.)
3. The Collaboration Workflow doesn't automatically end. The initiator or the Account Admin needs to Archive the workflow to end it.
Try both of these out... and as always, keep sending us feedback. We still read ALL emails :)

Happy Halloween.... & New Features
Happy Halloween all! It's been a great week so far! Nice number of trial signups... engineering work on track... Reseller relationships starting to be established...
Before we close out this week to go trick or treating, we'd like to happily announce the general availability of two NEW features on the electronic Forms.
1. Scale element (as in - on a scale of 1 to x, what am.....):
Use this element on the Forms to gathering ratings.

2. Table element:
With the Table element, the Form becomes significantly more powerful. The picture below shows its use in the construction of an basic Expense Report form.

Try them out and let us know how it goes.

After 6 months of design & development, and about 3 months of Beta, we're proud and excited to announce the general availability of Flowlett.
We set out to build products that were not just incredibly useful, but also a joy to use. We think we've succeeded with Flowlett.

Our press release (also at: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Flowlett-Proposal-Management-prnews-1799097888.html?x=0&.v=1) is below:
Press Release
Sunnyvale -- Calif. / October 13, 2009 / -- Advebs, Inc., a leading provider of cloud platform applications for Sales and Marketing applications, today announced the launch of Flowlett ( http://flowlett.com ), the industry’s first complete, cloud-based Proposal Management System.
Flowlett brings together the best features of various systems - document management, workflow management, project management, electronic signatures and even Facebook(TM) style commenting - into a single system that is easy to use, with little to no training requirements.
With Flowlett, businesses can securely route proposals to recipients for reviews, comments, online approvals and electronic signatures. The routing can be in any order - one person after the other (serial), many simultaneously (parallel) or any combination thereof. This routing can also be changed while the proposal is en route to recipients. Alternate recipients for a particular action can also be specified easily. All comments and actions on the proposal can be stored with the proposal, and the status of all proposals can be monitored from a central dashboard. Flowlett can keep track of deadlines and do follow-ups automatically. All proposals are stored in a secure vault and access to them is logged in an audit trail log.
“It’s vitally important now more than ever, to continually stay on top of proposals that are in the pipeline, and to reduce any logistical friction that may exist for customers to accept proposals,” said Ramesh Pai, founder & CEO, Advebs, Inc. “Flowlett makes it easy for businesses of all sizes to accomplish this.”
While Flowlett is a complete stand-alone solution, it can also complement and extend the functionality of traditional CRM systems like Salesforce.com, Oracle’s Siebel and Microsoft CRM with its powerful REST-based APIs. Flowlett can also work seamlessly with document management and collaboration systems like Microsoft's SharePoint.
Flowlett is fully internationalized and initially available in English. Support for Spanish and other languages will be available soon.
Pricing for Flowlett starts at $15 per user per month. There are no contracts with the Standard Plan and all new Accounts get a FREE 30 day trial. Businesses can sign up for the service at:http://www.flowlett.com/signup/Service
