Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

When we talk to Enterprise customers, we are often asked what our SLA's are. We'd like to address them here briefly.

For our Public Cloud option (i.e. services at Flowlett.com):
1. Our US customer servers are in Atlanta, Georgia and are monitored 24/7. Backups are done once daily. Our managed hosting provider gives us three 9's availability guarantee. However, we've pretty much had 100% uptime over the last 6 months.
2. We do depend on the AWS (Amazon Web Services) S3 Storage product to store user uploaded files. If the AWS service is down, then user files will be unavailable. Like our server SLAs, AWS has a three 9's SLA (http://aws.amazon.com/s3-sla/)

For our Private Cloud and On Premise options, we can work on more custom SLAs.

Hope this clarifies some. As always, if you have questions on this, please ask.

Internationalization - German, French available now

When we launched late last year, we had English and Spanish as the two language interfaces to Flowlett.

Based on customer requests, we've added two more languages: German and French. All the translation work was done by a reseller of ours (thanks Dror!!).

If you can read German or French, try it out. And as usual, report any problems to us so we can fix them immediately.

Danke/Merci
